Beyond Scrunchies aims to ship your packages as soon as possible. Many orders within 48 business hours, however due to huge influxes of orders (launches) we often receive, it may take 5-7 business days to ship your order. We appreciate your patience and always do our best to ship quickly.

Please check your confirmation email after checkout to ensure the address entered is correct. If it is incorrect and you need to change it, you have 24 hours to do so. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase. 

If you entered the wrong address at check-out and it gets returned to sender, the customer is required to pay for the shipping to send it back out to the correct address.

Additional fees may apply for duties and tariffs charged by your country's customs officials. It is important to research and understand what may be applicable before making a purchase. Please note that if a package is returned due to nonpayment of these fees, we are not responsible and cannot provide a refund.
