Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges
All sales are final once an order has been placed. We are unable to cancel, refund, combine, edit, or make changes to an order after payment has been completed.

Due to the nature of our small business and handmade/limited inventory, this policy is firm.
Returns
We do not accept returns. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be returned for a refund.
Cancellations
We do not accept order cancellations after payment has been completed.
Order Changes
Our system does not allow us to combine orders or make changes to confirmed orders. This includes changing products, quantities, discount codes, or shipping details after checkout.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
Sale Items & Gift Cards
Sale items, discounted items, promotional items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or cancelled.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at beyondscrunchies@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review it and do our best to make it right.
EU Right of Withdrawal
