Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges
All sales are final once an order has been placed. We are unable to cancel, refund, combine, edit, or make changes to an order after payment has been completed.
Please take a moment to review your cart, shipping information, and order details carefully before checking out to ensure everything is correct.
Due to the nature of our small business and handmade/limited inventory, this policy is firm.
Returns
We do not accept returns. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be returned for a refund.
Cancellations
We do not accept order cancellations after payment has been completed.
Order Changes
Our system does not allow us to combine orders or make changes to confirmed orders. This includes changing products, quantities, discount codes, or shipping details after checkout.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
Sale Items & Gift Cards
Sale items, discounted items, promotional items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or cancelled.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at beyondscrunchies@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review it and do our best to make it right.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. This is known as the EU right of withdrawal or 14-day cooling-off period.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by sending a clear statement to beyondscrunchies@outlook.com confirming that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. Please include your name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers exercising their EU right of withdrawal are responsible for the full cost of returning the item(s) to Beyond Scrunchies in Canada.
Beyond Scrunchies does not provide prepaid return labels and will not reimburse return postage, international shipping fees, courier fees, customs-related return charges, or other costs incurred when sending the item(s) back to us.
Returned items must be sent back within 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as the customer is responsible for ensuring the return reaches us.
Once a withdrawal request has been approved, we will provide the return address and return instructions.
Refunds may be withheld until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Where required by EU consumer law, the refund will include the original standard delivery charge paid for the order. If you selected a more expensive or expedited delivery method, any additional cost above our least expensive standard delivery option will not be refunded.
This right of withdrawal applies to eligible returns made because you have changed your mind. Different rules may apply if an item is defective, damaged, or otherwise not as described.
