Please keep in mind that lettermail is not sent on weekends or holidays. 

Please also keep in mind that even if you live in a city close to us or the same city as us, all lettermail is first sent to the processing centre to Stoney Creek so you may not receive it as quickly as one would think.

Please check your confirmation email after checkout to ensure the address entered is correct. If it is incorrect and you need to change it, you have 24 hours to do so. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase. 

If you entered the wrong address at check-out and it gets returned to sender, the customer is required to pay for the shipping to send it back out to the correct address.
